I use cas.fulleditmode but they still don't show up while everything else does. When I go into the main CAS to move a family in, everything is there as it should be but if I select a sim to Modify in CAS, all the custom Skintones are gone. I've noticed this issue start in the past few days and have never seen anything like it, when playing my old TS2 or on TS4.
